As a Consultant Architect and Business Analyst, I had the opportunity to work on an exciting project - CFSuite Request Management. This Salesforce-based tool is designed to help local councils in Australia to digitalize their request management and customer management. The tool has several features, including a branded mobile app, a service portal, and real-time tracking and progress messages for citizens. Apart from these features, it also has Field Service capabilities to manage requests, CTI to ensure fast resolution of complaints, and Complaint Management features to track complaints and generate reports. Additionally, it includes a comprehensive CRM database, advanced case management capabilities, omnichannel communications, and tools for efficient project collaboration. With CFSuite Request Management, local councils can streamline key business processes, enhance customer experience, and synchronize the resolution of citizen inquiries.
